Tata Daewoo (formally known as Tata Daewoo Commercial Vehicle Company) is a commercial vehicle manufacturer based in Gunsan, Republic of Korea and a division of Tata Motors. It is the second largest heavy commercial vehicle manufacturer in South Korea.

The company was formed in 2002 as Daewoo Commercial Vehicle Co Ltd, after being spun off from its parent Daewoo Motors. In 2004, it was acquired by Tata Motors, India's largest passenger car and commercial vehicle manufacturer.
